SAVING TIME AND TAMPER
Women are now busy jam-making. Their next and equally important job will be jam-storing. Well, here is a tip to save time, labour, and temper.
First never stand .one pot of jam on top of another. Instead, jam should
be stored with as much space as possible between each jar.
Place all small-sized jars or preserve in the front —oh, what a lot of time can be saved by storing this way.
If you have a number of different jams a good tip is to place thin strips of wood between the different rows. This ensures the jam remaining upright, and if the "compartment" is labelled with the jam it contains much time is saved.
