A message from Saigon says that, according to an authoritative source, the Japanese air fleet which has recently been concentrated at Hainan, on Waichow Island, now exceeds 600 of. Japan's best planes.
A very reliable foreign source (according to a Shanghai message) states that a Japanese battle fleet is concentrated off Haiphong Island, South China. -Nothing is available regarding its purpose.
