Wellington East, C 3, a half-hour prior to the closing of mails at the Chief Post Office, between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. (Mails for- Auckland, per "Limited" express, close at these offices at 4.80 p.m.) Overseas mails will be dispatched aa opportunity offers.
