LONDON, February 6,
Referring to the naval situation in the Mediterranean, Mr. R. Cross, British Minister of Shipping, said:
"There is one thing in common between the British Mediterranean Fleet and the Italian navy—both of them put their best leg forward when they are proceeding in the direction of Italy."
