Knitting wool used for patriotic purposes in tjie Wellington Province to date has cost £3139 9s Id. The total number of articles received at the National Patriotic Fund Board's store from all provinces is as follows:^Balaclavas, 35/751; gloves (pairs), 1434; socks (pairs), 1642; mittens (pairs), 33,982; scarves, 23,922; pullovers, 1741; skull caps, 530.
