THAI ARMISTICE
JAPANESE SUPERVISION
LONDON, February 4
It is officially stated in Bangkok that a peace mission is going to Tokio aboard two Japanese planes on Tuesday. Instructions were given to the mission during a special session of the Council of Ministers.
A message, from Saigon . says the Japanese military mission has cancelled its departure for Hanoi and has decided to remain indefinitely in order to supervise the situation on the border regions of Thailand and French Indo-China.
