RUGBY, February 4,
Supplementary estimates for £600,----000,000 for expenditure arising out of the war were issued this afternoon in the form of a White Paper. A further vote of credit for £1,000,000,000 towards defraying expenses which may be incurred in connection with the war for the year ending March 31, 1942, was also- issued and will be discussed at an early sitting of the House of Commons.
