"PERFECT COMMUNITY" PLAN
MELBOURNE, February 2
— A former New Zealand Government dairy expert, Mr. Peter Hansen, has ..planned "a perfect, self-contained community" on Flinders Island, Bass ■Strait. Mr. Hansen, who first saw _Flinders Island on a recent tour of "Australia, is impressed by its fertility. In two months he has virtually bought "control, of the island, which has a •population of 1200. He intends to introduce Danish methods and also .organise the local fish industry.
