LONDON, January 30
According to a Rome message, the Belgrade correspondent of the Stefani news agency states that because they allegedly started the reports of disorders in Turin and Milan the Yugoslav Government has deprived the correspondents of the "New York Times" and the Columbia Broadcasting system of the use of telephones for a week, while the Columbia man is also forbidden the facilities of the Belgrade radio station for three weeks.
