DAMAGE TO FLOWER PLOTS
"This hooliganism has got to cease," said Mr. A. M. Goulding, S.M., at Lower Hutt on Thursday, when fining William Dougan and Benjamin Arthur Hugh Talbot each £2 10s and 15s to cover the cost of damage done to flower plots in Riddiford Park, Lower Hutt.
Another of the group of youths, ■William Daniel Talbot, was fine £5 for the use of indecent language.
