MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE

PALMERSTON N., This Day,
In the Magistrate's Court today Herbert Hepworth, chemist, was charged that on January 9, by an unlawful act, he caused the death of Agnes -Eva Amelia Henderson, thereby committing manslaughter. He was remanded till Friday. Bail in the sum of £250 and a surety for a like amount was granted.
