(Special to the "Evening Post.")
AUCKLAND, This Day. A former member of the staff of th>; United States National Labour Relations Board, with headquarters «.t Washington, Mr. Herbert Vogt, arrived by the American Clipper yesterday from the. United States to study the New Zealand system of industrial arbitration.
He will probably spend about three weeks in New Zealand, including n fortnight in Wellington, before continuing to Australia to make a similar investigation.
