THE FUTURE UNCERTAIN
The withdrawal of R.M.S. Maunganui from the New Zealand-Australia passenger service for the purpose of fitting the vessel out as a hospital ship severs for. the time being the long established direct communication between Wellington, and Sydney in so far as passengers are concerned.
The maintenance of this service is uncertain at the moment, although it is understood, that the Union Steam Ship Co..will-endeavour, as far as lies in its power, to meet the convenience of the travelling ..public.
