NO DECISION YET
POSSIBLE REORGANISATION
OF MINISTRY
LONDON, January 3
The Havas (French) news agency stated today that reports of toe reorganisation of Marshal Petain's Cabinet are, to say the least, premature. The agency states that it is possible that certain changes will be effected shortly, but that no decision has yet been made. The reported changes were a council of three set up to run the country under Marshal Petain's orders. The only official announcement so far is the resignation of M. Baudouin, Foreign Minister in Marshal Petain's Government until he was replaced by M. Laval, and who later became personal secretary to Marshal Petain.
