Benjamin Nausbaum. Charles Joseph Williams, and William Irwin Black, all of Palmerston North, were arrested ii: Wing's Line, adjacent to the Martor racecourse, by Detective-Sergeac Meiklejohn and Detective Long, Paimerston North, and charged with book making. They appeared before Mr. W Ingle, J.P.. in the Marton Court, and were remanded to appear before a Stipendiary Magistrate at Marton on February 5. Bail was allowed in the sum of £100 each.
