EAST COAST WOOL VALUES.
East Coast clips appraised during the recent visit of the group of appraisers to the district represented 12.527 bales and the realisations totalled £222.436. In Gisborne, 9920 bales were submitted for appraisal and the realisations yielded £174,490. In Tokomaru Bay 1325 bales were forward, yielding £24,948, and in Tolaga Bay 1282 bales realised £23,003. The average price per bale for the district worked .out at slightly more than £17 15s. . '
