BICYCLE AND MOTOR-CYC COLLIDE
(By Telegraph—JPreai Association.wH HASTINGS, December *^M Two persons were injured as a^H suit of an accident in Omahu R^H Hastings, in which a bicycle and motor-cycle were involved. Th**^ were Mrs. Irene Muriel Lewis, Gmahui Road, ' shock ■ and abrasions, and' Jack D001e,,. aged 23, Sherenden, concussion and a fractured clavicle. Doole's condition is fairly serious. Mrs. Lewis, accompanied by her husband, was cycling along Omahu Road when they were overtaken by a motor-cycle, ridden by Doole. After, receiving treatment at the Hastings Memorial Hospital, Mrs. Lewis was able to go home. Doole, who was more severely injured, was admitted to hospital. .^___ '
