GERMANS CLAIM CAPTURE OF SUBMARINE
LONDON, December 28,
The Bremen radio stated that H.M submarine Seal, which was damaged off Sweden several months ago, was captured by the Germans and recommissioned for the German navy.

The Rome radio says that Count Michael Teleki, the Hungarian Minister of Agriculture, a brother of the Prime Minister, has resigned.
