JAPANESE CABINET
TOKIO, December 21
After all-night conferences, the Premier, Prince Konoye, launched a large-scale reorganisation of Cabinet, in which he appointed the former Premier, Baron Hiranuma, Home Minister, after the resignation of Mr. Yasui; and Lieutenant-General Heisuke Yanagawa, Director-General r . of the China Affairs Board, appointed Minister of Justice after the resignation of Mr. Kazami.
Prince Konoye conferred with representatives of the old political parties and also of big business. However, seven members of the current Cabinet were not consulted before the changes, which are intended to strengthen the Government before the Diet meets again on December 26,
