NEW ORGANISATION IN INDIA
(Received December 23, 1 p.m.) BOMBAY, December 22.
A conference under the auspices of Mahendra Nath Roy, a former member of the committee of the Third International, and also Narayan Bhaskar Kare, a former Congress Party Premier in the Central Provinces, inaugurated a Radical Democratic People's Party. Th~ conference resolved to form a national democratic bloc consisting of parties opposed to the present Congress policy, and pledged to fight Fascism.
