A communique issued by the High Command states that Thai forces repulsed French troops which, for the first time, entered Thai territory at Klong Louk, near Nakorn Panomu
BANGKOK, December 21
The Thai High Command states: "Thai planes bombed the Indo-China border ,and military towns, including Nongsaphang, where they caused heavy casualties among troop concentrations, and also Savannakhet, where they destroyed a power plant, munition depot, rice mill, military bar tracks, and a Government office.
