Most readers ot the Bible know that these words of the Prophet Isaiah were fulfilled some 600 years after they were written by the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ Why, then, should not the words that follow be likewise fulfilled,' "And, the Government shall be upon His shoot der ... and His name shall be" the Prince of Peace"? These latter words undoubtedly relate to the second com* ing of Christ, for the Scriptures everywhere teach that >when He comes again He' comes to reign as universal king.
