NEW GERMAN PLANE
A four-engined German warplane, believed to be a Focke-Wulf 200 Condor designed mainly for carrying troops, twice has been seen flying inland over England. Although the machine could be used as a bomber it dropped no bombs on either time it was sighted. It was surrounded by a. large escort of fighter planes. The Focke-Wulf. one.of the newer types.of heavy craft, is the military counterpart of the 26 passenger air liner produced at the end of 1939. Its maximum speed >is just over 250 miles per hour at 9000 feet and its normal range is 12QQ miles.
