(British Official Wireless.) | (Received December 13, 2.20 p.m.) RUGBY, December 12. The King on Thursday visited Birmingham and inspected the bomb damage done in the city. On the way he drove through the Birmingham districts which were attacked for several hours last night. At one point the King talked with a woman of 80 whose house was demolished. "Were you in the house when it was bombed?" he asked. "No, I was in a shelter with my husband, and I was frightened," she replied. "My husband is still in hospital with a fractured skull."
