The Queen today formally put into service a fleet of 35 mobile canteens presented to Britain by her Colonial Empire. Her Majesty said: "Nothing could be more eloquent of the sympathy than the gift of these canteens, vhich I am proud and happy to accept on behalf of Britain. I would ask you to express our heartfelt thank? Vo the Governments and people of the colonies for this most valuable and welcome gift."
