BIG BUILDING SCHEME AT HAMBURG
LONDON, December 12. The German news agency seems to have forgotten its usual them»e song that British bombs in Germany always land in open fields or perhaps on an occasional timber yard. It was announced today that Danish architects, engineers, and workraen are to be used in a large-scale building scheme in Hamburg.
