POPULAR CONCERT.
In the Town Hall on Saturday even ing, December 21, at 8 o'clock, a con cert sponsored by the National Broad casting Board will be given. The attractions will be Heddle Nash, the Eng lish tenor, Nanette Andersen Tyrer. violinist, Ken Macaulay, baritone, the National Broadcasting Service String Orchestra, and the 2YA Orchestra faug mented) with full chorus. The conductor will be Andersen Tyrer and leader Maurice Clare. The St. James's Anglican Boys' Choir. Lower Hutt. conducted by Harry Brusey, will also appear The accompanist will be Clement Howe. Admission prices will be 3s, 2s, and Is. The box plan will open at thft D.I.C. on Monday next. The proceed will go towards the Wellington MetH* politan Patriotic Appeal. ,
