APPEAL IN RACING CASE
An appeal against the verdict of the Canterbury District Committee, disqualifying him and horses in whom he has an interest, for life has been lodged by Mr. B. Nausbaum with the New Zealand Racing Conference. A date fo rthe hearing of the appeal will be fixed later.
