FRENCH TRADE MISSIONS
NEW YORK, November 25.
The Hanoi correspondent of the Associated Press reports that a large French economic mission, including 15 representatives of Indo-China, is going to Tokio shortly to negotiate a commercial treaty. Another mission is reported to-be en route from Vichy.
