WAITAKI FARMERS' FREEZING CO.
The Waitaki Farmers' Freezing Co., Ltd., has advised the Stock Exchange Association that adding balance brought forward of £1518 16s 5d to the profit for the year, £8043 18s 9d, the total to be dealt with is £9562 15s 2d. The directors recommend a dividend of 6 per cent, absorbing £5757 7s Bd, and a carry forward of £3805 7s 6d. The dividend rate is unchanged. ■
