NEW ORDERS TO BE PLACED
LONDON, November 7. President Roosevelt conferred with the head of the British purchasing mission in the United States (Mr. Purvis), after which Mr. Purvis said he would fly to Britain and doubtless return to the United States with new orders. Mr. Roosevelt later had a two hours' conference with the United States National Defence Commission.
