I SYDNEY, This Day. Members of the good-will mission from Thailand have arrived. The [leader said that they had been entrusted with the task of cementing more strongly Thailand's relations j with Australia.
London. —It is reported from Elizabethville that the inhabitants of Lambarene, which was surrounded recently by Free French forces in Equatorial Africa, have offered to surrender to General de Gaulle.
