STRICT NEUTRALITY
SOVIET'S INTENTION
MOSCOW, November 6. The chairman of the Supreme Soviet, M. Kalinin, in a speech on the twentythird anniversary vi the revolution, said:— "Russia intends to pursue strict neutrality. Our sea trade has suffered, but when almost the whole world is involved in war it is a great joy to know we are standing aside. We must thank Comrade Stalin for this."
