Mrs. Fordham, who was the widow of Mr. Charles Fordham, was the eldest daughter of the late Mr. A. R. She was educated at the old Terrace School and later at the private school conducted by the late Sister St. Francis Xavier.

She leaves two sons, Messrs. Stanley Hislop Fordham and Norman William Fordham, and one daughter, Mrs. Gordon Miller, Levin. Mr. A. R. Hislop, the present head of the firm, is a brother, and Mrs. H. J. Francis, Masterton, is a sister.

The mortuary chapel in Kent Terrace was filled yesterday morning, when a memorial service was conducted by the Rev. J. S. Murray, Kelburn.
