SECOND BALLOT APPEALS
Although the result of the second ballot for men to undergo Territorial training was gazetted only on Wednesday night, appeals are already, being received by the Wellington Man-power Committee, and one of them was heard today because of the particular circumstances of the case. A date for commencing the hearing of the other appeals has not yet been fixed. Practically all the cases concerned in the first ballot have been disposed of by the committee.
