U.S. NEUTRALITY PATROL
FORCE LEAVES FLORIDA

NEW YORK, November 1
The entire neutrality patrol operating from Key West, Florida, is at sea on a secret mission. Officials decline to comment on the sudden sailings of three additional destroyers yesterday. It is believed that they will join five destroyers and one seaplane tender carrying five bombing planes which left earlier.
