Officers for 1940-41, elected at the annual meeting of the. Town-planning .Institute of New Zealand yesterday afternoon, are as follows: —President, Mr. E. H. Andrews; senior vice-president, Mr. A. Druminond (representing the New Zealand Institute of Architects), W. E. Aked. A. J. Baker, and A. R. Galbraith (representing the New Zealand Institution of Engineers), C. 0. Barnett, F. C. Following the formal business of the conference visiting members were the guests of the retiring president, Mr. At. G. C. McCaul, and Wellington members in visits of inspection to the State Housing Department's flats at BerhamDore and to Ngahauranga Gorge Road.
