FLETCHER HOLDINGS, LTD.
Fletcher Holdings, Ltd., has declared its first interim dividend on both ordinary and preference shares at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum. Payment made today. The company was formed in March with a nominal capital of £250.000 in 200,000 ordinary shares and 50,000 preference shares, and so far 150,650 ordinary and 30,875 preference shares have been allotted.
