FREE FRENCH DEFENCE COUNCIL
LONDON, October 28
The Free French leader, General de Gaulle, announced that his Defence Council would comprise General Catroux, Vice-Admiral Muselier, General de L'Arminat, M. Eboue, Governor of the Chad territory, M. Sautot, Governor of the French Pacific establishments, General. Sice, of the African Army Medical Corps, Professor Rene Cassin, former president of the French Ex-Servicemen's Association, Colonel Reclare, Commissioner of the French Cameroons, and Father Thierry Dargenlieu.
