NEW YORK, October 11
A message from; Bangkok says that the Vichy Government's rejection of Thailand's territorial claims' has been officially announced. The announcement added that Thailand was considering its next move. It is disclosed in Washington that the United States is moving diplomatically to discourage Thailand- from aggression inspired by Japan. •
