TRENTHAM-CENTRAL RESULTS
Except in the two matches with Wellington the Trentham-Central Command representatives have had a highly successful run this season. From match to match some outstanding talent has! been produced, and had the best ofj it been available in sufficient quantity at the one time the soldier side would have been right up to New Zealand Test standard. Including the match which the Second Echelon had. with Burnham, the Trentham-Central team's record for the season is:— April 27.—V. Burnham, won 12-9. June 22.—V. Wellington, - lost 17-19. July 13. —V. Hawke's Bay, drawn 16----16. July 27. —V. Manawatu, won 18-14. August 10, —V. Wairarapa, won 8-5. August 24. —V.- Wanganui, won 15-9. September 7.—V. Bush District, won j 8-n. September 21.—V. Wellington, lost 15-22.
