"REP" BLAZERS

Details regarding appearances by Wellington players in representative matches were supplied by Mr. G. F. Jackson at this week's meeting of the Wellington Rugby Union's management committee. Two players, A. T. Dance (St. Patrick's College O.B.) and A. C. McCarthy (Petone) had now played the requisite number of A games to entitle them to receive blazers. Randall (Oriental), 1 game this season; G. Reynolds (Wellington College O. IB.), 9 games (3 in 1937 and 6 this j season); R. Sanson (Eastbourne), 3 games (1 this season, 2 in 1939); P. J. Stanaway (Marist Bros. O.B.), 3 games [this season; J. B. Thurston (Athletic), 16 games (2 in 1937 and 4 this season).
