INCREASED PRODUCTION
I (Special to the "Evening Post.") PALMERSTON N., This Day. Figures supplied to the Manawatu District Primary Production Council point to a very large increase in production this season in the area bounded !by Paekakariki in the south and the ! back country beyond Feilding in the I north. They are as follows, with a I number of districts still to come in:— | Sheep 14,920, pigs 3707, run cattle 1162, dairy cattle 1878, vniltry 2258, root crops 1528 acres, grain crops 1316 acres, grass seed 532 acres
