REMANDS GRANTED
On a charge of having in his possession 127 copies oka pamphlet entitled "Murder," with a view to facilitating the publication of a subversive statement, James Kelman, aged 37, a hairdresser, appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the .Magistrate's Court today and at his own request was remanded for a week. Bail was renewed.
A remand for a week was granted in the case of James Bernard Lawless, aged 31, a mechanic, who is charged with breaking and entering Martin's shoe store in Courtenay Place and committing theft.
