TRAVEL CLUB
The desirability of the Wellington Travel Club continuing its operations even though war would be expected to divert the attention of members from such activities, was commented on by Mr. 'G. G. Stewart, vice-president, at the club's annual meeting on Thursday. The success of the club's year, both socially and financially, was commented on at the meeting. ■ ■■'/■ It was announced'that the club had been invited to send a party of ''-ten or more members "on a four-day visit- to Auckland for the Auckland Travel Clubte birthday party towards the end of September. ;.
