Over 80 Royal Air Force officers and men have been awarded the D.F.C. or the D.F.M. The list includes D.F.C.s for the New Zealanders Squadron Leader E. W. Whitley, of Auckland, Pilot Officer E. I. Parsons, of.Christchurch, Pilot Officer N. H. Svendsen, of Pukekohe, and Pilot Officer K. W. Trigance, of Temuka, and D.F.M.'s for Sergeant R. A. Recce, of Christchurch, and Sergeant E. P. Williams, of Auckland.
