ESTIMATED DEFICIENCY
WASHINGTON, July 30.
The Department of Agriculture reports that European supplies of bread grains are between 5 and 10 per cent, under the peacetime needs, and the supplies of cattle feed are 10 to 15 per cent, deficient.
