EMPEROR GOLD MINE OUTPUT.
In the fifty-two weeks ended July 10, Emperor Gold Mining Co., Ltd., Fiji, treated 162,427 tons of ore from its mine at Vatukoula, for a return of 53,3660z fine gold—a grade of 6.6dwt to the ton. This yield, which includes recoveries from' concentrates, compares with a crushing of 178,164 tons of ore for 52,3710z fine gold (s.9dwt a ton) in the previous year. Latest four-weekly yield was 4000oz fine gold, including 4840z fine from a partial treatment oi concentrates.
