DUCE'S BIRTHDAY
MESSAGE BY HITLER
(Received July 30, 9 a.m.) LONDON, July 29. A message from Berlin states that Hitler telegraphed his own and the German nation's congratulations to Mussolini on his birthday. "Our wishes are for your personal well-being, the success of your leadership, and a victorious end to our common fight for the freedom of our nations," he said.
