Rugby.—An agreement initialled by the Permanent Under-Secretary of the British' Foreign Office and the Polish Ambassador, reaffirms the existence of the Anglo-Polish alliance, and forms a solid foundation for the establishment of a Polish army in Britain. Mr. Churchill said that the agreement accepted the principle of the sovereignty of the Polish army as an ally of the British Army and equal in all rights and privileges.
